Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully:

1. When Can You Ask for a Refund or Exchange?

  • You can ask for a refund or exchange if the product is defective or if you received the wrong product.
  • You must contact us within 3 days after you receive your parcel.
  • If you contact us after 3 days, we will not accept the request.

2. What You Have to Do:

  • First, message our team and send pictures or videos to show the problem.
  • If we approve, you will have to send the product back to WellnessWavePK.
  • Once we receive the product, we will send your new product or give you a refund.

3. Courier Charges:

  • We will pay a maximum Rs. 200 for the courier charges.
  • You must send us the courier slip as proof.
  • If you don’t send the slip, we will not pay for the courier cost.

4. How You Will Get the Refund:

  • Refund will be sent through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

5. Important Note:

  • If you don’t like the taste of the product, we cannot give a refund or exchange.
