Shipping and Payment Policy
First Order Non-Delivery
If a customer does not receive their first order (for any reason) after it has been shipped, an advance payment is required for the second shipment:
- For orders weighing up to 300g: 500 PKR
- For orders above 300g: 1000 PKR
Incomplete/Incorrect Address
Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses will not be shipped until the customer provides a complete and accurate address.
- If the customer insists on shipping to the provided address, the shipment will proceed only with the customer’s consent and an advance payment:
- For orders up to 300g: 500 PKR
- For orders above 300g: 1000 PKR
Village Addresses
Cash on delivery (COD) is unavailable for village addresses.
- Orders will not be shipped unless the customer provides a proper city address or agrees to collect their parcel from the courier office in the nearest city.
- An advance payment is required:
- For orders up to 300g: 500 PKR
- For orders above 300g: 1000 PKR
Order Customization
Custom orders are available. To customize your order, please contact us via Instagram at @wellnesswave.inc. For all customized orders, full payment in advance is required.
Order Value above 5000rs
If the order value is more than 5000rs, customer will have to pay 1000rs in advance.
